Tillfälliga köpvillkor för 50 % rabatt på 30-dagars periodbiljetter (tätort, kommun, län och relation) (1 juli–31 december 2026)

Denna bilaga kompletterar Din Turs ordinarie köpvillkor och gäller särskilt för de rabatterade 30-dagars periodbiljetterna tätort, kommun, län och relation (mellan två hållplatser) som omfattas av regeringens tillfälliga stöd 2026. Vid motstridigheter gäller denna bilaga före ordinarie villkor.

Ordinarie villkor gäller i övrigt, inklusive regler om utlåning, överlåtelse, biljettkontroll m.m.

Observera: Denna produkt skiljer sig från ordinarie 30-dagarsbiljett genom:

kortare aktiveringstid (30 dagar), och
att alla biljetter upphör att gälla senast 31 december 2026, även om 30 dagarsperioden annars skulle sträcka sig längre.

1. Omfattning

1.1
Rabatten gäller enbart 30-dagars periodbiljetterna tätort, kommun, län och relation (mellan två hållplatser), inklusive rabatterade ålderskategorier. Biljetten gäller för obegränsat resande inom valt område eller sträcka på Din Turs bussar och Norrtåg inom Västernorrlands län samt för resor inom ramen för Norrlandsresan. Med Norrlandsresan avses resor inom Västernorrlands län eller mellan Västernorrlands län och norrlandslänen (Jämtland, Västerbotten och Norrbotten).

Rabatten omfattar samtliga ålders- och produktkategorier för 30‑dagars periodbiljetterna tätort, kommun, län och relation (mellan två hållplatser), inklusive redan rabatterade ålderskategorier såsom barn, ungdom och senior. Dessa biljetter får därmed en ytterligare rabatt genom regeringens stöd.

Rabatten gäller inte andra biljettyper såsom Flex 10/30, Sundsvalls barnbiljett, Sundsvalls seniorbiljett, Härnösandskortet, enkelbiljetter, 10-biljett, m.m.

Med 30-dagars periodbiljett avses en månadsbiljett enligt regeringens stöd, definierad som en biljett giltig i 28–31 dagar.

2. Försäljningsperiod

2.1
Rabatterade 30-dagars periodbiljetter säljs 1 juli – 1 december 2026 kl. 23:59.

2.2
Endast biljetter sålda inom denna period omfattas av rabatten.

3. Pris och referenspris

3.1
Rabatten uppgår till 50 % av ordinarie pris för 30‑dagars periodbiljetterna tätort, kommun, län och relation (mellan två hållplatser) inklusive redan rabatterade kategorier såsom barn, ungdom och senior. Den statliga rabatten ges därmed ovanpå ordinarie rabatt för dessa kategorier.

3.2
Referenspris utgår från prisnivån som gällde den 31 maj 2026 för respektive kategori.

3.3
En särskild tillfällig biljettprodukt tas fram. Priset ska motsvara en likvärdig 30 -dagars periodbiljett per 31 maj 2026, med samma villkor och rabattnivåer som då gällde. Denna produkt skiljer sig från ordinarie 30 dagarsbiljett genom särskilda regler för aktivering och giltighet, inklusive ett fast slutdatum den 31 december 2026.

I övrigt gäller Din Turs ordinarie biljettvillkor för 30-dagarsbiljetter (t.ex. om utlåning, överlåtelse, biljettkontroll m.m.).

4. Giltighet och aktivering

4.1
Biljetten är giltig för resor 1 juli–31 december 2026.

4.2
Biljetten måste aktiveras inom 30 dagar från köptillfället, annars förfaller den.

4.3
För att kunna utnyttja hela 30‑dagarsperioden behöver biljetten aktiveras senast 2 december 2026. Biljetter som aktiveras senare gäller endast till och med 31 december 2026.

4.4
Alla biljetter upphör att gälla 31 december 2026, oavsett aktiveringsdatum.

5. Återköp och förfall

5.1
Biljetter som inte aktiveras inom 30 dagar förfaller.

5.2
Inga frivilliga återköp görs av biljetter som förfallit enligt punkt 5.1. Detta påverkar inte resenärens rätt till återbetalning enligt lag (2015:953) om kollektivtrafikresenärers rättigheter, t.ex. vid frånträdande av avtal om periodbiljett enligt 19 §.

5.3
I övrigt gäller Din Turs ordinarie regler för återköp i den mån de inte strider mot denna bilaga eller tvingande lag.

6. Försäljningskanaler

6.1
Rabatten gäller i samtliga försäljningskanaler där 30 dagarsbiljetter normalt säljs.

7. Kombinerbarhet

7.1
Rabatten kan inte kombineras med andra kampanjer eller tillfälliga prisnedsättningar.

8. Övrigt

8.1
Bilagan gäller endast för biljetter som omfattas av regeringens tillfälliga stöd.

8.2
Din Tur förbehåller sig rätten att justera villkoren om regeringen eller ansvarig myndighet beslutar om ändringar i stödets utformning.

8.3
I övrigt gäller Din Turs ordinarie köpvillkor.

Appendix – Temporary Terms and Conditions of Purchase for the 50% Discount on 30-Day Period Tickets (Urban, Municipal, County and Point-to-Point) (1 July–31 December 2026)

This appendix supplements Din Tur’s standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase and applies specifically to the discounted 30-day period tickets for Urban (Tätort), Municipal (Kommun), County (Län) and Point-to-Point (Relation) travel covered by the Swedish Government’s temporary support scheme for 2026.

In the event of any inconsistency between this appendix and Din Tur’s standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, this appendix shall prevail.

Din Tur’s standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase continue to apply in all other respects, including provisions relating to lending, transferability, ticket inspection and similar matters.

Please note: Compared with a standard 30-day period ticket, this temporary product differs in that:

the activation period is shorter (30 days); and
all tickets expire no later than 31 December 2026, even if the normal 30-day validity period would otherwise extend beyond that date.

1. Scope

1.1
The discount applies only to 30-day period tickets for Urban, Municipal, County and Point-to-Point travel, including discounted age categories.

The ticket provides unlimited travel within the selected area or route on Din Tur buses and Norrtåg services within Västernorrland County, as well as journeys covered by the Norrlandsresan travel scheme. Norrlandsresan refers to travel within Västernorrland County or between Västernorrland County and the northern counties of Jämtland, Västerbotten and Norrbotten.

1.2
The discount applies to all age and product categories for 30-day period tickets for Urban, Municipal, County and Point-to-Point travel, including categories already discounted such as child, youth and senior. These tickets therefore receive an additional discount through the Government support scheme.

1.3
The discount does not apply to other ticket types, including but not limited to:

Flex 10/30
Sundsvall Child Ticket
Sundsvall Senior Ticket
Härnösandskortet
Single tickets
10-trip tickets

1.4
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a 30-day period ticket means a monthly ticket covered by the Government support scheme, defined as a ticket valid for 28–31 consecutive days.

2. Sales Period

2.1
Discounted 30-day period tickets are available for purchase from 1 July 2026 until 1 December 2026 at 23:59.

2.2
Only tickets purchased during this period are eligible for the discount.

3. Price and Reference Price

3.1
The discount amounts to 50% of the ordinary price for 30-day period tickets for Urban, Municipal, County and Point-to-Point travel, including categories already discounted such as child, youth and senior. The Government discount is therefore applied in addition to the ordinary discount for these categories.

3.2
The reference price is based on the price level applicable as at 31 May 2026 for the relevant category.

3.3
A separate temporary ticket product will be introduced. The price shall correspond to an equivalent 30-day period ticket available as at 31 May 2026, with the same terms, conditions and discount levels that applied on that date.

This temporary product differs from the standard 30-day period ticket through special rules governing activation and validity, including an absolute expiry date of 31 December 2026.

In all other respects, Din Tur’s standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase for 30-day period tickets apply (including lending, transferability, ticket inspection and similar matters).

4. Validity and Activation

4.1
The ticket is valid for travel between 1 July and 31 December 2026.

4.2
The ticket must be activated within 30 days of purchase. Tickets not activated within this period will expire.

4.3
To make use of the full 30-day validity period, the ticket must be activated no later than 2 December 2026. Tickets activated after this date remain valid only until 31 December 2026.

4.4
All tickets expire on 31 December 2026, regardless of the activation date.

5. Refunds and Expiry

5.1
Tickets not activated within 30 days expire automatically.

5.2
No voluntary refunds will be granted for tickets that have expired under Section 5.1.

This does not affect the passenger’s statutory right to reimbursement under the Swedish Public Transport Passenger Rights Act (2015:953), including the right to withdraw from an agreement for a period ticket pursuant to Section 19 of that Act.

5.3
In all other respects, Din Tur’s standard refund policy applies, provided it does not conflict with this appendix or mandatory law.

6. Sales Channels

6.1
The discount applies in all sales channels where 30-day period tickets are normally sold.

7. Combination with Other Offers

7.1
The discount cannot be combined with other campaigns, promotional offers or temporary price reductions.

8. Other Provisions

8.1
This appendix applies only to tickets covered by the Government’s temporary support scheme.

8.2
Din Tur reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions should the Swedish Government or the responsible authority decide to change the design or conditions of the support scheme.

8.3
In all other respects, Din Tur’s standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply.
